Smile is a gesture of showing friendliness. However, smiling with yellow teeth is not really making a good impression. When you are meeting a person for the first time, what would you think if you happen to notice his or her yellow teeth when he smiles? It will corrode the enamel layer on the teeth and leave behind the dentin which is more yellowish.

Our ability to fight bacteria is decreasing as we age. Teeth whitening become more and more challenging. Sometimes we find that some products that are effective before are not working as well as it was. This is also something we need to take note about.

Now, here are some easy method for you.

Rinsing after every meal. Brush if you can. This is important to remove any leftover food in between the teeth.


Do you know that you can polish the teeth with baking soda? Baking soda can clean many stains and it is safe.

Bleach with lime. This method is natural and effective.

Flossing regularly. By removing the leftover food, the bacteria will not be growing.

Avoid starch and sugar. Starch and sugar is the normal food source for bacteria.

Drink plenty of water.

Chewing gum helps you to clean the teeth but use only the sugar free gum.

Add a drop of clove oil to the toothpaste.This will effectively kill the bacteria.

In fact all the methods above are trying to keep the teeth clean. Prevention is always better then a cure. If you are able to do it on daily basic, I believe you will save a lot of trouble and visit to dentist.
